MA State Inspection Station
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts requires an annual safety and emissions inspection for vehicles up to 15 years old and then annual safety inspections for vehicles older than 15 years. The safety inspection includes numerous points that we review based on the state’s published standards. Emissions inspection checks for pollutants coming from your vehicle. If the emissions or check engine light is already turned on in your vehicle’s dashboard, please call to make a service appointment before we do the state inspection to make you aware of any problems prior to the state inspection.
